Terms of Use

Prices & Typographical Errors

Here at Blessed Threads we try to do everything to list the correct information about each product, but however we are not perfect and typographical errors do happen.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information due to a typographical error or error in pricing, we shall reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed under these conditions.  We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders and correct any disparities whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.  We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices and polices are subject to change without prior notice.  All images and text on this site are copy written and the property of Blessed Threads.  Modification, copying, or any other unauthorized use of our site, images, or text is prohibited without prior consent from Blessed Threads.

In the event you incur any errors or suspect any please report them to us.

Responsibility

Here at Blessed Threads we will go to all lengths to make sure your online shopping experience with us is enjoyable and hassle free.  We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with our service, but there are limits into what we can be responsible for.

Blessed Threads will not be responsible for any lost packages due to the inability to purchase insurance for your package.  We will do what we can to recover your shipment or the amount of your purchase but it is not guaranteed if insurance was not purchased for the full amount order total.  We are happy to say we have 0 lost packages to this day.

Return Policy

Return Guidelines

Blessed Threads wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason your are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to accept a return or an exchange within 30 days of your order receipt. 

Note:  Before requesting a refund or an exchange please note that we only ship to the billing address address or confirmed address address that is on file with your credit card company.

All returned merchandise will be inspected before a credit or an exchange is made.  Merchandise must be in the same condition in which you received it for a refund or credit to be issued.  When packing your order for return, please be sure all of the original packing materials, tags and/or accessories are included.  Merchandise returned with any odors, tears, use, and/or missing accessories would either be denied a refund or charged a service fee.

Please call us toll free at 1-800-000-0000 so we can give you the information to properly return or exchange your merchandise.  Please allow us 96 hours or less to review and process your return, credit, or exchange.

Blessed Threads At Fault

We will only accept cash refunds, credits, and exchanges for the full amount of your purchase if the error was due to our carelessness. Such mistakes are:

  • Wrong item sent
  • Wrong size sent
  • Item not as described on the site.
  • In these events, Blessed Threads would like to apologize ahead of time for our carelessness and either correct the order or issue a full refund.

In the event that Blessed Threads is at fault, we will gladly pay for the shipping charges back to our warehouse and the shipping charges back to your address if you request an exchange for the correct merchandise.

Customer At Fault

Here at Blessed Threads we want to keep everything fair and our customers satisfied.  If for any reason you request an exchange, credit, or refund due to your error there will be a $25.00 return fee incurred.  Examples of errors not do to our carelessness are:

  • Bought the wrong size
  • Bought the wrong item
  • and/or not excluding any other reasons not caused by Blessed Threads
  • In the event the customer is at fault, Blessed Threads will not be responsible for shipping charges back to our warehouse and the shipping charges back to your address.  If an refund or credit is being requested, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made 30 days after your initial order for any merchandise we have in stock of equal or less value.  We will not refund any money for exchanges of merchandise of less value only store credits will be made toward your next purchase.

We charge a flat rate fee of $10.00 for any exchanges that need to me made.  You are responsible for the shipping charges back to us and we will gladly cover the shipping charges back to you.

Lost Packages

Here at Blessed Threads we have 0 lost packages to this day and we want to keep it that way!  However, in the event your package is lost, Blessed Threads assumes no responsibility.

The following cannot be accepted as forms of payment online:

  2. Checks (any type, i.e. personal, traveler's, cashier's, etc)
  3. Money Orders

All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing to ensure proper billing. For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, we will not ship orders unless all billing information is correct. So that your order is shipped without delay, please make certain the billing information you have given us exactly matches your credit card issuing bank records. Verification and order processing normally takes one business day. Please note we accept credit cards that have been issued and have a billing address within the United States and Canada only.

Order Processing

Blessed Threads works hard to make sure your order is handled professionally, on time, and fairly.  We know you want your order as quickly as possible and at the lowest cost possible.

We strive to ship all orders the same business day upon the confirmation or your order and payment.  Your order will be shipped the same day if it is placed and confirmed before 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.  All orders placed after this time or need extra verification will be shipped out the next business day.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but we do not on Saturday and Sunday.  However, you can still place an order for shipping on Monday mourning.

Shipping Carrier

Here at Blessed Threads we stand behind our customer service 100% with great pride.  This is why we are proud to announce that all shipping is done exclusively with USPS.  Whether your package is going to an international or domestic location, USPS provides the timely and reliable service we stand behind 100%.  For information about USPS, please visit www.usps.com.

Shipping Costs

Here at Blessed Threads we believe in keeping shipping costs as low as possible to better service our customers.  Therefore, all shipping prices are flat rates fees based on the shipping chart below.

Each Additional item over 10 will be charged $2.50 per item.

Where We Ship

Blessed Threads currently ships within the United States, Canada, and international locations.  Customers in Canada and any other international locations are responsible for any custom duties and/or tariffs applied to their shipments.  Any denied packages will be sent back to our warehouse and a refund will not be issued.  In most cases, there are no taxes applied to shipments.  International customers, please visit our international orders page for more information.

Where We Do Not Ship

Blessed Threads reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order placed due to the shipping destination or any suspicious activity we may detect.  We do this to protect our buyers and ourselves in order to keep our costs down.

To protect against credit card fraud we DO NOT ship to alternate addresses not listed on file with your credit card company.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

All order totals over the value of $180.00 will require a signature.  If you are not there to sign for your package, you must either wait for your package to be delivered the next business day or call FedEx to schedule a time for them to make a delivery.  If you are not available to sign for your package 2 times in a row, the shipping company will call you on the 3rd time to schedule a delivery.  If you are unavailable the third time, the package will be mailed back to us in which you would then have to pay for the shipping charges back to you.

If you are paying with a credit card we only ship to the billing address on file with your credit card company.  This is the address in which the credit card company or bank sends your monthly statements.  If you need your merchandise shipped to an alternate location, please call your bank and request that they add it as an alternate shipping address.
